The factors that lead to sustainable development of this industry are professional ethics and sense of legal security for the foreign investors. In Iran, the average of ethics and sense of legal security for the foreign investors is somewhat lower than the global average. From the ethics and psychological security perspectives, Iran suffers from legal barriers , such as failure of criminal laws and restrictions on the law of encouraging and supporting foreign investment.Therefore , at the end of this paper some solutions to the removal of some legal obstacles and the effect of creating the ethics and sense of legal security of foreign capital have been proposed in order to provide the ethics and legal security for foreign investors, as well as incentives to invest in Iran. در سال‏های اخیر، سرمایه گذاری خارجی به عنوان یک صنعت جذاب، پویا، درآمد زا و اثربخش خود را در جهان مطرح ساخته است. یکی از عواملی که سبب توسعة پایدار این صنعت شده، اخلاق حرفه ای و احساس امنیت حقوقی در نزد سرمایه گذاران خارجی است. میانگین اخلاق و احساس امنیت حقوقی سرمایه گذاران خارجی در ایران تا حدي پایین تر از مقدار متوسط است. ایران در بعد اخلاق و امنیت روانی با موانع قانونی همچون نارسایی‌های قوانین کیفری ، محدودیت‌های قانون تشویق و حمایت سرمایه‌های خارجی، سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی مواجه است بنابراین در پایان این نوشتار راهکارهایی برای رفع برخی از موانع حقوقی و تأثیر ایجاد اخلاق و احساس امنیت حقوقی سرمایه خارجی پیشنهاد شده است تا از این طریق امنیت اخلاقی و روانی سرمایه گذاران خارجی و انگیزه برای سرمایه گذاری در ایران فراهم شود. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16749
