In Islamic medical ethics trusteeship has many applies but trusteeship with respect to secrets, patients’ honor and life has a special importance in the interaction between medical staff and patients. Regardless of emphases on the importance of secrecy, especially in medical profession, Islamic instructions urge and require disclosure of patients’ secrets at special cases because sometimes preserving patient’s health and people of society is not compatible with “absolute secrecy”. Chastity and virtue of eyes are in the most required ethical considerations at medical profession which without adhering them, one cannot talk about medical gentility and virtue. Eventually, preservation of patients’ life and diligence in order to recover patients’ health are the main tasks of doctors and medical staff that beware them from any delay and nonchalance in the patients’ curing. امانت داري از اصول مهم اخلاقي است که در قرآن کریم و احادیث معصومين (ع) نسبت به آن تاکيد فراوان شده است. و هيچ عذری براي ترک آن پذیرفته نیست. امانت‌داری در اخلاق پزشکی اسلامی مصادیق فراوانی دارد، لیکن در تعامل کادر درمانی و بیمار، امانت‌داری نسبت به راز، ناموس و جان بیمار ، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. آموزه‌های اسلامی علی رغم تأکید فراوان بر ارزش اخلاقی رازداری به‌ویژه در حرفة پزشکی، افشای راز بیمار را در مواقع خاص، لازم و ضروری می‌داند. زیرا حفظ سلامتی بیمار و افراد جامعه در مواقعی با «رازداری مطلق» سازگاری ندارد. پاک چشمی و عفت نیز از ضروری ترین ملاحظات اخلاقی در حرفة پزشکی است که بدون پایبندی به آن نمی توان از فضیلت و شرافت پزشکی سخن به میان آورد. و بالاخره، مراقبت از جان بیمار و سعی و کوشش در جهت بهبودی وی از وظایف اصلی پزشکان و کادر درمانی است که آنان را از هرگونه تعلل و سهل‌انگاری در مداوای بیمار بر حذر می‌دارد. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16781
