The goal of this research, which has been carried out in the form of a descriptive-analytical method, is a study of the method of solving moral contradiction from the point of view of Hare and presenting solutions for eradicating moral contradictions in a critical moment, in order to emancipate individuals from practical impasse and preventing mental, psychological, financial, reputational and physical losses which are caused as a result of immoral actions in life. Therefore, the significance of this research lies in its attempt to discover the ways of solving moral contradictions and relieving the individual from bafflement and confusion in the process of an action. Hare’s solution is the rule of exception and selection based on the principle. However, the impracticality of this method, collapse in relativism, misinterpretation of moral issues, and the inapplicability of the rule of exception to all circumstances are the elements that have resulted in the criticism of Herr’s method. "موضوع مقاله، حل تزاحم قواعد و افعال اخلاقي از ديدگاه هِر است، اين موضوع در فلسفه اخلاق به عنوان يکی از معضل های اخلاق کاربردي مطرح می باشد و بيان آن، بدين گونه است، که گاهي مکلفِ مختار، در انجام وظايف خود، ميان دو يا چند فعل اخلاقی متحير مي شود و نمي داند، وظيفه فعلي او، انجام کدام عمل اخلاقي است. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، که به روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي انجام گرفته ، بررسی روش حل تزاحم هاي اخلاقي از ديدگاه هِر و ارائه راه‎حلّ‎هايي براي رفع تزاحم‎هاي اخلاقي در بزنگاه‎ها، به منظور رهايي افراد از بن‎بست‎هاي عملي و پيشگيري از خسارت‎هاي روحي، رواني، مالي، حيثيتي و جاني است که در نتيجه انجام کارهاي مرجوح در عرصه‎هاي زندگي بروز مي‎کند. بنابراين دست‎يابي به روزنه‎هايي براي حلّ تزاحم‎هاي اخلاقي و رهايي از تحيّر و سرگرداني در مواقع عمل، بيان گر ضرورت انجام اين تحقيق است. راه حل هِر، قاعده استثناء و انتخاب بر اساس اصل است. و ناکارآمدی اين روش، فرو افتادن در نسبيت اخلاقی، تلقی نادرست از موضوعات اخلاقی و فراگير نبودن قاعده استثناء از جمله نقدهای وارد بر اين راه حل است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16782
