In order to analysis of the intention and checking in the role of its semantic, ontology and valorization in morality has been paid attention to two famous philosophy that’s mean Allameh Tabatabaee and Michael Slote. So the role of intention in moral agent and action and its relation with character has been explored. At the end, similar approach understood regarding definition of the intention in both. But about the role of semantic, valorization and ontology of intention have been seen differences in morality. This suggests their difference in the content of their thought. نیت به عنوان یک فرآیند ذهنی، جایگاه مهمی در فلسفه اخلاق دارد. جهت تحلیل ماهیت نیت و بررسی نقش معناشناختی، ارزش شناختی و وجود شناختی آن در اخلاق به دو فیلسوف برجسته اخلاق یعنی علامه طباطبایی و مایکل اسلوت نظر شده است. در این راستا نقش نیت در فعل و فاعل اخلاقی و رابطه آن با منش فاعل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در نهایت رویکرد تقریباً مشابهی در باب معنای نیت از نظر دو فیلسوف یافت می‌شود؛ منتها در باب نقش معناشناختی، ارزش شناختی و وجودشناختی نیت در اخلاق تفاوت‌هایی دیده می شود که حاکی از اختلاف آنها در متن و بستر اندیشه است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17049
