In this investigation, two methods of documentary and survey analysis have been used. The research community consists of: (a) Books, references, and written and electronic resources in the field of law and attorney, which were reviewed in order to achieve the ethics and ethical codes of conduct of the attorneys at law; b) The second group consists of clients (those who have selected at least one time an attorney at the law) in Ardebil province. The sample society was 50 persons who were randomly selected from among the individuals referred to the courts in Ardebil, Meshkinshahr and Parsabad cities, which had a judicial case and attorney case. Data collectio tools were a form of taking notes and a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the Cronbach's alpha formula was 0.83. To analyze the data obtained from the texts, qualitative and cognitive analysis was used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including one sample t-test were used. The results of the investigation showed that the most important ethics of attorneys include: observance of the limits of powers in the court, not disturb in the court session, pursuit the prosecution, honesty, protection of the clients' secrets, non-use of immoral ways, explicit declaration and clarity of the lawer' Honorarium پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی و اعتبار یابی اصول اخلاقی و سلوک حرفه‌ای وکالت ازنظر موکلان انجام‌شده است. در این پژوهش از دو روش تحلیل اسنادی و پیمایشی استفاده‌شده است. جامعه پژوهش دودسته شامل: الف) کتب و مراجع و منابع مکتوب و الکترونیک موجود در زمینه حقوق و وکالت می‌باشد که به‌منظور دستیابی به شاخص‌ها و اصول اخلاقی و سلوک حرفه‌ای وکالت موردبررسی قرار گرفت، ب) دسته دوم متشکل از موکلان (افرادی که حداقل یک‌بار وکیل دادگستری انتخاب کرده بودند) در استان اردبیل می‌باشند. نمونه پژوهش ارباب‌رجوع شامل 50 نفر بودند که از بین افراد مراجعه‌کننده به دادگستری شهرهای اردبیل، مشکین‌شهر و پارس‌آباد که دارای پرونده قضایی و وکیل بودند، به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات فرم فیش‌برداری و فرم پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد که پایایی آن از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 83/0 به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از متون از تحلیل کیفی و کدگذاری و برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه از آمارهای توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل؛ آزمون تی تك نمونه‌ای استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین اصول اخلاقی وکالت از نظر موکلان شامل: رعایت حدود اختیارات در وکالت، عدم ایجاد اخلال درروند کاری جلسه دادگاه، پیگیری لازم در تعقیب دعوی، صداقت، حفظ اسرار موکل، عدم استفاده از راه های غیراخلاقی، اعلام صریح و شفاف حق‌الوکاله و...می‌باشند http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17891
