Scholars of the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran have relied on different principles and foundations to design these areas, which are the basis for a great change in society. This article seeks to study the principles of jurisprudence based on verses and traditions and the opinions and views of jurists in the fields with a descriptive-analytical method and with the aim of explaining the reflection of jurisprudential principles in the six areas of education and training. The result of the research shows that different domain of the six areas of education and training in the document are in broad harmony with Islamic teachings. Experts in the field of education in the country have written the document accordingly. Because the importance of relying on these principles for the emergence of capabilities and achieving a pure life and the desired perfection is undeniable. ساحت های شش گانه تربیتی در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، با توجه به نیازهای مختلف انسان و بر مبنای رفع این نیازها و شکوفایی استعدادها و توانمندی ها و حرکت در مسیر حیات طیبه تدوین شده است. اندیشمندان نظام تعلیم و تربیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای طراحی این ساحت ها که زمینه ساز تحولی عظیم در جامعه است، بر اصول و مبانی مختلفی تکیه کرده اند. این نوشتار در پی آن است تا با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با هدف تبیین انعکاس بن‌مایه-های فقهی در ساحت های شش گانه تربیتی، به بررسی مبانی فقهی بر اساس آیات و روایات و آرا و نظرات فقها در ساحت ها بپردازد. نتیجۀ تحقیق نشان می دهد که ساحت های مختلف تربیتی همخوانی و همسویی گسترده ای با آموزه های اسلامی دارد و صاحب نظران عرصۀ تعلیم و تربیت کشور، ساحت ها را بر این اساس نوشته اند. زیرا اهمیت اتکاء به این مبانی برای بروز توانمندی ها و رسیدن به حیات طیبه و کمال مطلوب، انکارناپذیر است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/38920
