The story narrated by this movie has fundamental differences with what the Holy Quran has told. Even though the story of Ayub is mentioned in the Qur'an in six verses, it does not mean that this short story is incompletely told or does not have story elements such as characterisation. In the story of Ayub of the Qur'an, we have four characters: Job, Lord, Satan and Ahl. The characterization of these four characters in the movie of Prophet Ayub is different from the characterization of these four characters in the Qur'an. This fundamental difference in structure and background in these two versions of the story of Ayub is due to the fact that in the movie Ayub the Prophet, the story of the Qur'an is not the basis of the Qur'an, but other sources such as the Holy Bible, traditions and books of prophet stories are cited.</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51307</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>The movie Ayub the prophet</keyword><keyword> characterization</keyword><keyword> Ayub</keyword><keyword> Iblis</keyword><keyword> Ayub's wife</keyword><keyword> Quran.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
Proportionality of the relationship between jurisprudence and ethics with emphasis on the teaching of zakat in verses and hadiths
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1">assistant professor.department of theology and islamic sciences. sourth teran beranch. islamic azad university. teran. iran</affiliationName></affiliationsList>
<p>The religion of Islam, with its teachings in the fields of beliefs, jurisprudence, and ethics, has determined the growth and happiness of man. The insurance contract has proponents and opponents. One of the main reasons for the opponents is that the insurance contract is aleatoric. Also, the opponents consider the insurance contract as one of the examples of "guarantee with non-existence obligation" and gambling; then, they consider the insurance contract as a suspended and void contract. It has addressed some of the doubts in this article, by examining and criticizing the reasons for the supporters and opponents of the insurance contract. In terms of ethical and jurisprudence, based on the narrations from the religious leaders, the aleatory contract is forbidden; so that the prohibition of aleatory in transactions causes its invalidity. However, the insurance is a legitimate, independent and enforceable contract, but there is a possibility of making a damage. Aleatory contracts are of the type of transverse and conflicting contracts. The prohibition of aleatory considered by the Shariah is related to contracts of indemnity, and the extension of aleatory to risky contracts such as insurance contracts is without reason. while rejecting the arguments of the opponents, the defect in the insurance contract is an inherent defect and does not invalidate the insurance contract. This research is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of nature, and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. Due to its basic limitations, scientific thinking cannot provide all the answers in the field of education, and this is where philosophical thinking in education is referred to as a possible answer, which is based on the application of reasoning in various subjects. The main tool of philosophy is education and every educational practice is enlightened with the background of philosophy. Philosophy is the basis and superstructure education without philosophy, education is a blind effort and without education, philosophy will be a handicap; Because philosophy and education have a close relationship and are dependent on each other. Philosophy points to the ways and education follows it and there are two sides of the same coin, the first side is the thinking side and the second side is the active side, and in fact, they are means and goals for each other. Modern philosophy in education, with the development of critical thinking and reason, includes a logical point of view that considers the whole problem and deals with the most basic issues of humans by influencing education and training. If education is supposed to be meaningful and useful for the student, philosophical thinking about education is needed along with scientific thinking; This is because the mere accumulation of knowledge does not lead to understanding, because it does not necessarily train the mind to critically evaluate facts, and therefore, it requires the critical creativity aspect of education. Finally, it can be said that philosophy determines the real destination that education should go towards and has always inspired educational theory as well as practice.</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51319</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Philosophy</keyword><keyword> Education And Training</keyword><keyword> Communication</keyword><keyword> Education.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
An explanation of the social problems arising from the shortcomings of the arbitration law in divorce
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1" /></affiliationsList>
<p>In case of signs of disagreement between couples, it is necessary for the government to establish a family peace institution to resolve the dispute and create peace between the couples, and this institution is referred to as arbitration in Iranian law. A competent legislative policy in this section, with the phrase "subject matter of the contract" (pre-sale of buildings), should be based on guarantees of execution and legal mechanisms. This will show its effectiveness in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations and violation of the parties in accordance with what is set out in the text of the contract, because the establishment of legal guarantees of execution in the field of private law is a key to creating a contractual order. However, the Pre-Sale of Buildings Law has resorted to legal guarantees in some cases in order to prevent conflicting transactions and fraud by profit-seeking individuals in this area. And the present article has analyzed and examined all cases of legal guarantees of execution of the violation of obligations of the parties in the pre-sale of buildings contract and its effects. Although the criminal enforcement guarantees of the law of this contract were also raised and examined in the thesis, which has merits, and other legal and criminal theories may be proposed in the analysis and examination of the enforcement guarantee for the violation of the obligations of the parties in the pre-sale contract of the building, which will be examined from a jurisprudential and legal perspective..</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51322</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Pre-sale contract of the building</keyword><keyword> legal guarantee</keyword><keyword> obligation.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
Examining the moral dilemmas caused by the violation of humanitarian laws in the protection of children and women in international armed conflicts from the perspective of international law
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>2</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>3</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1">Doctoral student of international law, Qeshm Branch, Islamic Azad University, Qeshm, Iran</affiliationName><affiliationName affiliationId="2" /><affiliationName affiliationId="3">hamedan university</affiliationName></affiliationsList>
<p>More than half of the world's women and children live in countries that have experienced war and conflict. The international community cannot ignore their suffering. It seems that international humanitarian law has not been paid much attention to in contemporary conflicts. Repeated use of chemical and explosive weapons in urban areas, sexual violence, displacement, mass murder, etc. are signs of non-compliance with ethics and fundamental human rights. The present research has analyzed the moral dilemmas caused by the violation of humanitarian laws in the protection of children and women in international armed conflicts from the perspective of international law in a descriptive-analytical way. The enemy always tries to make his opponent submit to his demands through pressure on civilians, and in this unfair competition, women and children are the first defenseless and defenseless victims. The results of the research show that according to the principles of international humanitarian law that are clearly stated in the documents, it is necessary and necessary that the involved parties; Factors such as adherence to moral principles, the principle of human dignity, the principle of restrictions on the use of illegal weapons and unusual war tools, the principle of separation between military and civilians, the principle of prohibiting excessive pain and suffering, the principle of proportionality, the principle of environmental protection, The principle of military necessity and the principle of precaution, which are among the basic principles of humanitarian law, should be considered and respected in international and domestic armed conflicts.</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51323</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>moral dilemmas</keyword><keyword> violations of humanitarian laws</keyword><keyword> children's and women's rights</keyword><keyword> international armed conflicts.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
The philosophy of the foundations of Islamic education in Ibn Rushd's educational ideas
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>2</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>3</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1">PhD student, Department of Islamic Philosophy and Theology, Tabriz Branch, Islamic Azad University,</affiliationName><affiliationName affiliationId="2">Associate Professor, Department of Islamic Philosophy and Theology, Tabriz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tabriz, Iran</affiliationName><affiliationName affiliationId="3">Associate Professor, Department of Islamic Philosophy and Theology, Tabriz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tabriz, Iran</affiliationName></affiliationsList>
<p>The purpose of the present study is to investigate the philosophy of Islamic education and training from Ibn Rushd's point of view. In terms of purpose, the research is applied and in terms of nature, it is qualitative and descriptive-analytical. Exploring the depth of Ibn Rushd's thought indicates that he believes in following the method of induction and proof in understanding issues even in Sharia, and in fact, he considers education and acceptance of religion to be compatible with reason and logic. This growth of taste, aesthetic and vital education including art, music and sports is necessary for the growth and refinement of taste and effective, coordinated and balanced movement. He calls for responsible education, which means a commitment to freedom and choice, so that people are guided to the right careers to do what they deserve, because moderation is happiness. Ibn Rashd also emphasizes the following things in education and training: intelligence in education and gaining experience, teaching the necessity of openness to others and avoiding isolation, education in a happy atmosphere and away from violence. Teaching communication with differences, religious education and teaching values and ethics to young people, realistic stories to develop logic, teaching and educating people according to their talents and considering individual differences in education, inculcating the values of beauty, education and Education based on the two basic goals of soul safety and body health (the need for physical education and healthy music education from an early age).</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51324</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Philosophy</keyword><keyword> Foundations</keyword><keyword> Islamic Education And Training</keyword><keyword> Ibn Rushd.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
Narrative Reveled Morality as “Scale” for Mystical Morality
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1">Assistant Professor of Tehran University</affiliationName></affiliationsList>
<p>It is one of the most important features and advantages for the approach of "narrative morality&rdquo; that it is the Scale for "mystical morality" and not the reverse. This research has investigated the aspects of this issue by an analytical-documentary method. The reveled morality school has presented its standards in two forms: "moral teachings" and "perfect human person". In a broad view, the school of mystical morality, in general, is aligned with the standards of revealed morality. So, the view of those who have gone to extremes in this field, have ignored the external aspect of religion or, on the other hand, have denied the inner dimension of Sharia and mystical stages is not acceptable. But in a detailed view, some issues which raised in mystical morality are not in harmony with the scales and standards of revealed ethics, so, have always been criticized and denied by true mystics. It is quite clear that the issues such as pederasty or libertinism is far from the scale of the law. Exaggeration in the method of people of blame also leads to departure from scale of the law. Some monastic tendencies such as leaving marriage, staying away from the community, excessive in exhausting worship, seclusion, starving, as well as other non-based-on-law- ascetic practices are among other behaviors that are far from the scale of the law. They although have been proposed by some, but, has always been criticized in authentic Islamic mysticism.</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51325</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Narrative morality</keyword><keyword> Mystical morality</keyword><keyword> Scale of the law.</keyword></keywords></record><record>
Kwigereranya kugereranya ibyiciro byimyitwarire y'amayobera duhereye kuri Ibin Arabi na Teresa Avilai
<authors>

<affiliationId>1</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>2</affiliationId>

<affiliationId>3</affiliationId>
</authors><affiliationsList><affiliationName affiliationId="1" /><affiliationName affiliationId="2" /><affiliationName affiliationId="3">Assistant Professor, Department of Philosophy and Religions, Central Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran.</affiliationName></affiliationsList>
<p>The course and conduct of customs and the quality of officials and circumstances, and how they are in tariqat, and the progress of spiritual life has been compared to the course and journey. The seeker in his journey, from the moment he sets out and rises in pursuit of his completion, passes through various houses and stages on the way to reach his goal. The process is to go through the steps to refine and purify the soul; And the seeker is also called Ahl al-Suluk and also Ahl al-Tariqat. Since there are many opinions and criticisms about mystical guidance, the author has tried to examine the views of Ibn Arabi and Teresa about mystical guidance in the present work. This research has been carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, and the required information has been collected and analyzed using documentary and library methods. And in the final result of the research, it can be said that Teresa was more regular and methodical in expressing the stages, conditions, methods and results of mystical conduct, but Teresa's processing method is not completely scientific, but mostly recommendations regarding the behavior and experience of seekers. But Ibn Arabi has completely scientific methods. He is a person who is a person of intuition and revelation and has a position in receiving intuition and is not present. He has a long way of interpreting intuitions (both his own and others). Ibn Arabi considers maintaining the health of the body in all stages of conduct as essential and believes that austerity should not be overdone, but Teresa also pays attention to the austerity of Shagha. Both mystics pay attention to the acquisition of moral virtues, of which Ibn Arabi emphasizes trust, but Teresa emphasizes humility and modesty. From Ibn Arabi's point of view, the goal of conduct is spiritual. At the beginning of his journey, the seeker of Allah does not have knowledge of himself and, consequently, knowledge of God, and at the end of his journey, he finds self-knowledge and realizes that he is nothing but God, and the result of his journey is self-knowledge and the understanding of the unity of existence. And Teresa has listed seven steps in the "Inner Palace" and finally reached the unity of intuition.</p>
<fullTextUrl>http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/Article/51326</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Mystical path</keyword><keyword> seclusion</keyword><keyword> solitude</keyword><keyword> Ibn Arabi</keyword><keyword> Teresa of Avilai.</keyword></keywords></record></records>
