  In this thesis we try to study the good life from positive psychology and Islam points of view and try to compare these two views through descriptive-analytical method. For positive psychologists Good life has discussed from two approaches: hedonism and eudemonia. Nowadays, positive psychology has a eudemonic approach to the good life and concentrate on the individual virtues. It has some levels for the life and those one who pass those levels have reached to the good life. The thing which is necessary for passing the levels to reach the good life is taking benefit from all the potential faculties and capacities. Good life from Islamic point of view is discussed in the vaster realm in comparison with positive psychology. From Islamic point of view the life of human beings has two levels: world and hereafter which have very close relationship with each other. The good life in the Islam has a root in the salvation and it is evaluated with it.   The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between organizational ethics and organizational culture among selected staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The research method is an applied and descriptive study type survey. The statistical population includes the selected staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences with over 2,000 people and sample size according to Cochran formula. 426 people were selected. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to measure the normal or abnormal data of the research, and also the Pearson test was used to confirm or disapprove the research hypotheses. The results of the research show that the accuracy, willingness and willingness of work, duty, freedom of action, initiative, responsibility, honest work, belief in work, motivation, agility in work, sense of efficiency, and doing work with seriousness and Respect for others, the function of the aggregation and worker spirit of the ethical dimension of work can be by taking any timely decision on work, preventing protests, helping newcomers, tolerating heavy work, being at work, attending meetings, keeping clean. The workplace and, ultimately, the organizational progress.   There are different approaches to specify human personality indicators. The religious approach based on Nahjul Balagha is one of the main approaches to identification of these personality indicators. The importance of this approach is due to its essential, comprehensive, and systematic manner of suggesting the personality indicators. Accordingly, faith is the most important personality indicator and is deemed as the fundamental basis of personality. This indicator then is divided into four indicators which form the bases of faith. These four indicators include patience, certainty, justness, and Jihad.   When the damage condition occurs, accidents such as earthquakes and floods become critical crises. Today, these natural crises are among the issues that are the prevalence of urban communities and can endanger the everyday life of various economic, social and environmental dimensions. This research is also aimed at explaining social factors that provide vulnerability conditions. Based on this nature, it is descriptive-analytical in nature and in terms of the purpose of developmental-applied purpose. The community of this region is 6th municipality of Tehran, which has been selected as a sample based on the age and the centrality. The data were collected in two fields of the field and a library with tools such as the Dmitry questionnaire and network analysis, books, articles and various maps, and analyzed using EXCEL, MATLAB, IDRISI and ARC GIS 10.1 software’s. The results indicate that the highest vulnerability of the center, the south, and especially the south-east of the range, are among the problematic tissues with a high life and age, as well as the highest density of buildings, population and household size they also have to.   the goal of this research was presenting students participation pattern of Payame noor university in public sports based on theory of planned training behavior. The research was descriptive study that was done in a survey method. The statistical population consisted of students of Payame Noor University in the academic year 94-95. Statistical sample according to Morgan table was 384 people Which were selected by multi-stage clustering. The measurement tool included a modified behavioral scale of planned behavior. validty&Reliability if questionnaire were comfirmed. For inferential analysis of collected data used by Amos software and spss software version 18. The results of stepwise regression model showed that 46% of total changes in the level of participation in sport for all is dependent on three variables ; Attitude , behavior control and sport for all. Good fit indicators of Research model showed that The proposed model is well suited that means that the theory of the pattern of planned behavior can explaine student participation in sport for all. So it is suggested that sports devices to strive about doing tricks In order to strengthen the attitude , mental norms and perceived behavior controlling , along with other influential factors of Participation in sport for all, Including the provision of hardware and software infrastructure , access , financial issues , etc. to institutionalized sport for all in students.   The relationship between morality and law is a definite affirmation and endorsement of philosophers, ethical thinkers and lawyers. Ethics in the process of procedure are one of the issues that can be specifically addressed in relation to these two issues. Predictability principle in civil procedure is considered as one of civil fair procedure principles, looking carefully at provisions of the civil procedure code of Iran and other regulations and Shiite jurisprudence judicial discussions related to the role of judge and the evidences, predictability principle can be recognized in Iran civil procedure code as civil fair procedure principle. Documents of matching transnational procedure and documents and rules of arbitration sample significantly support predictability principle in civil procedure in judge’s performance and litigants of private disputes in relation to evidence. The relationship of other procedure principles is sometimes coordinated with predictability principle such as contradiction principle, parties’ despotic domination principle on civil claim, and the principle of judge neutrality and sometimes is conflicting with other principles of civil procedure such as prohibition of unduly prolonging civil procedure principle, the principle of civil party’s hearing right. In this field, the exact scope and the quality of implementing this principle should be carefully investigated in the light of other civil fair procedure. The sanction of violating implementation of the predictability principle in the civil procedure is invalidity of judicial decisions and possibility of research or appeal violation in this principle of civil fair procedure.
