In other words, the Holy Qur'an mentions the criterion of association with one's spouse as the " Maruf" principle. The Qur'anic phrase , in the relations between couples has a wide meaning and many examples, which in a general division is divided into two parts, examples with a jurisprudential nature and examples with a moral nature. The moral instances of " Consorting with them in an honourable and right manner " are generally divided into common instances between the couple and specific instances of each. Love, patience and mutual support of couples to each other are the most important moral examples of this rule. Love is a factor that prevents the collapse of the family and the tolerance and mutual support of couples to each other is a factor to create intimacy and peace between couples, which therefore play a key role in family stability. When human could not find any logical relation between extraordinary incidents and phenomenon turned to whispers and prayers to forget calamities and gain desired outcomes. Mahmoud Dowlatabadi used many folk beliefs when required in narratives included in selected novels. This study aimed at reflecting on folk beliefs in his novels named Kelidar, Missing Soluch, and Past Days of Old People. Belief folks manifest the popular culture or folklores existing in the context of life and culture of nations that are represented in various forms. The study of folk beliefs does not mean its approval. However, it is not possible to ignore great attention paid to such superstitions either in literature or community regarding issues that are not understood or perceived based on rational thinking. Examination of and reflection on beliefs clarify many dark sides of ancestors’ lives helping the posterity not to follow such beliefs blindly and not to believe in such superstitions. In this research, the beliefs were collected from selected novels by Mahmoud Dowlatabadi. There are numerous antecedents and evidence, but some of them were chosen and summarized in this paper. The results show that the principle of harm and the discussion of social harm, the principle of legal protection and legal morality are among the foundations of the criminalization of prostitution in the Iranian penal system. Iran's legislative criminal policy has taken a completely banning and criminalizing approach to prostitution. In this way, he has tried to criminalize all possible forms and forms of prostitution by using general words and phrases such as insulting public decency, corruption and ugly images. A careful examination of the existing laws shows that the legislature has not been as successful as it should have been, as there are still important cases where the perpetrators cannot be punished.
