Due to the rapid change in the business environment at the international level, it is important to examine factors affecting the export performance of enterprises. The present study has two parts. The first part involves a quantitative analysis using a quasi-gravity model. In the second part, based on the structural equation technique, the effect of individual and environmental factors on the export performance of the business enterprises has been investigated. Considering the fact that the number of exporting companies to Russia is limited in Qazvin and Tehran provinces, the sampling method (available) has been used and 39 questionnaires have been distributed among the main exporters. The research findings indicate that trade between Iran and Russia follows the Hakeshir-Oholian Relative Advantage Act, and the trade between the two countries for Iran is between industrial and non-industrial ones. In the qualitative analysis, the present study also concluded that factors such as the trust of Iranian exporters in the Russian importer's private sector and the existence of a reliable bank for currency transfers, as well as attention to other Russian regions (except Moscow) among other personal factors And the environment with the first to third ranks of the export performance of Iranian business firms. Regarding the principle of ethical relativity in different societies, the time and place of damage assessment are two independent factors in determining the amount of damage; a bunch of damages are related from the angles of the factor of time, moment, and time. Like the damage caused by the failure to get the value of the subject of the commitment, in the committed asset, which is, in fact, the time merely to distinguish a price from the price values of a commitment within a time interval, Another category is the loss of a period of time, in which the damage is an abnormal phenomenon of morality. For example, in view of the different moral interest in money-making, to determine the interest of the money or the interests of the Lords, when is the origin of the time of the evaluation of interest and benefits; In terms of the factor of time in Iranian law, by looking at the abnormal phenomenon of usurpation, from the point of view of ethical jurisprudents and legal value lawyers, there are various criteria that have different effects. The most appropriate moral time to pay damages is Umm al-Dawa, and in terms of location, location, loss; In UAE's law, the moral time of the damage assessment, the time of the incident or the arrival of the damage and the place of damage assessment, the place of delivery of the goods, the conclusion of the contract and the residence is committed; In the International Convention on the International Sale of Goods, various indicators, such as the time of conclusion of the contract, the reasonable period leading to the termination of the contract, is the common ethical customs of the time for the termination of the contract, which is based on the basis of calculation and evaluation. From the point of view of the place of evaluation, with a morphological look, the place of delivery of the goods is the most appropriate place compatible with the spirit of the provisions of the Convention. Intellectual admiration and rebuke is one of the foundational issues of human thought that has always been one of the cornerstones of dialogue . The struggle between Socrates and Plato with the Sophists was centered on whether there were firm principles for measuring the truth. In Islamic thoughts too, the basis of the controversy between Asharite thought and Justice has been the belief in the rational admiration of things that until the time of Ibn Sina all thinkers believed in the essence and reasonableness of good and evil. But then some took a different approach, although the origins of these discussions in theology were in the discussion of the attributes of transcendency, and theologians of the both thought argued to prove their theory. But its role and impact in other sciences such as ethics and moral philosophy is undeniable. The importance and necessity of this issue is that the denial at the good and the inherent evil of the verbs eliminates the eternal foundations for moral and ethical affairs and will lead to moral relativism. So these two theorems are at the root of all human ethics and additionally make sense in the light of this theory of moral responsibility, so this research has examined this important analytically and descriptively. Peace in the word means: kindness, friendship and communication, and it means "mercy" of relatives and friends, in other words, love and behavior with relatives and friends. Abortion means hurting and hurting relatives and friends, and not helping or grieving with them in worldly wealth and comfort and charity while they need it. And the cause is either enmity or stinginess. Apparently, there is an intermediary between amputation and reconciliation of the uterus, because every benevolence, even if his relative does not need it and he himself needs it, is called reconciliation, while the absence of this benevolence is not expropriation. The worst kind of abortion is the expulsion of the parents, so that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “All Muslims will see me on the Day of Resurrection, except the expulsion of my parents, and the drunkard, ». And it is enough for the separation of parents that: The Prophet of God cursed him and said: "Gabriel said Amen to the curse of that Imam." In the correspondence attributed to the Commander of the Faithful (pbuh) to his deeds, it is as follows: The late Naraghi writes in the description of this sentence in Ascension of Happiness: Command the relatives to go to see each other but not to be neighbors, what neighborhood will cause hatred, envy and abortion.
