        Social justice is rooted in spatial and environmental justice. And the lack of access of parts of the city to public spaces will deprive residents of existing facilities that indicate injustice. The present study is a descriptive - analytic research method. In this regard, by identifying 9 indicators including access to educational, medical, police, main communication networks, parks and green spaces, and ... to assess the quality level of the public spaces in the area of Desaqib district in District 4 of District 1 of the Municipality of Tehran with emphasis On the subject will be access. The results of the research show that public spaces located in the central and eastern neighborhoods have an inappropriate situation for social justice.         This research has been conducted with the aim of urban spatial analysis of urban poverty in order to achieve social justice in the Descatsib neighborhood based on the access of residents of the neighborhood to urban services in a quantitative manner. Out of the eight indicators, access to health services, education, transportation, law enforcement, parks, facilities and equipment, religious and commercial use has been used. The present research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytic. AHP (Hierarchical Analysis) method is used for spatial analysis of urban poverty. The results of the research show that poverty is concentrated in the central and eastern parts of the neighborhood and shows a lack of uniformity in the distribution of urban public services in this neighborhood. Therefore, the findings of this study emphasize the identification of poor neighborhoods and the importance of mapping poverty maps and, on the other hand, how to access urban services at the neighborhood level.         The movement of the workforce between the formal and informal sector can change the face of the cities and affect the development of the country. One of the main reasons for the recruitment of informal labor in various industries is to escape tax policy of the state. The study of the impact of government tax policies on the development trend of different regions of the country (especially developing countries) is significant for policy makers. In this paper, we have tried to use a generalized computable equilibrium model (CGE) to examine the impact of government tax policies on the economy of Qazvin province.
