Main purpose this research is “Typification of the forgiveness based on inductive strategy”. In this strategy, the interviewees perception about the forgivness by interpretivism approach have been investigated. This research has been with qualitative method and purposive sampling, and individual and group (Focus group) interviews. According to the logic of theoretical saturation, twenty seven individually and three group were interviewed. Then researcher analyzed interviews with method thematic analyze. Overall,the findings indicates that there are two general type of forgiveness.The first is self- oriented forgiveness and the second is other- oriented forgiveness . In the first part exist various species such as: Forgiveness oppositions, forgiveness supporters, replaced forgiveness and intent - oriented forgiveness. Other-oriented forgiveness can observe types three: forgivenes oppositions, reluctantly Forgiveness and intent-oriented forgiveness. People reacted to the murder of their close relatives to criminal calculate and assess the benefits of forgiveness and revenge, and then act.Based on the research findings the forgivness is time and space, because it depend to the position of the offender or the victim and the time between the crime and punishment Manuscript profile

Family violence is a result of complicated factors which in some cases, lack of criminalization, lack of explicit point of view in law and the silence of the legislator contribute to its expansion. Unfortunately despite all the criticisms, the legislator named again adulterer an adulteress as instances of Mahdour al-Dam in article 203 of the new law of Islamic punishment and has issued the permission of murder in bed for husband, which can be considered and studied as a significant example of family violence. In this research, authors are recogniting the subjects of murder in bed, believing in sheding adulterer’s and adulteress blood with immunity and they believe that this subject is a clear example of family violence. Meantime, a question arises that “How the husband can kill both of them without any trial and hearing defencive reasons and evidences?”. According to the words of Islamic jurisprudents, it is clear that they arenot in agreement on the giving the permission of murder in bed to the husband. Finally it should be recalled that the legislator should do his best to remove legal articles which themselves can be the basis of crime and can increase allowance of private justice and personal revenges and family violence cases. Religious beliefs have a special place among the people of Shahrbabak and are evident in various forms in the literature and poetry of these people. The study of religious and ethical beliefs is one of the aspects of folk poetry that has been neglected.
