        Feasibility of forced labor for prisoners has long been one of the topics of interest of Islamic scholars and jurists And it is considered a corrective-compensatory strategy Therefore, the purpose of this research Feasibility of forced labor of prisoners is in Islamic law. The study of the documents and opinions of Sharia scholars and existing hadiths and numerous verses in connection with the work showed which is forced to work as a prisoner in the religion of Islam And in the framework of Islamic law and jurisprudence, it is correct and approved And the employment of prisoners has existed in most societies since the distant past which in some societies is unfair and against humanitarian principles And in some others, it has been in agreement with human rights standards to some extent. In general, it can be said Convention documents (1930) And also the information obtained from Islamic sources showed that the work or employment of the prisoner in prisons (forced to work according to the instructions of the labor law) will have a win-win result for the parties. Therefore, duty prevails which provided working conditions for the prisoner And if he refuses to work The Ruler of Sharia should force him to work in a way by using legal solutions and following the standards of Sharia; It can be forced to work in providing family livelihood And on the other hand, the entitlement of the lost property and damages to the society is also useful.
