The success of organizations at current age depends on behaviors that are beyond formal necessities and no formal reward has been granted to them. In management these acts are called Extra-role behavior. The goal of this research is to identify the characteristic & requirements of these actions in educational organization from the viewpoint of holy Quran that has been done by examination of evidences and documents and analysis of qualitative content and by the inductive-deductive method. The research findings show that extra-role behavior in Quran has characteristic such as Process-Oriented, self–sublimity along the organization’s efficacy, hierarchy and dependency on divine achievements. The requirements of extra-role behavior are include: Purpose-Oriented, protection of action, avoidance of Role Overload & …. In Monotheism view some of necessities are related to the apparent aspect of act that neglecting them damages appearance of action and others are related to internal aspect of act that in their absence the action may have apparent ideality but is worthless and undesired due to its nature.
