In the present era, recognizing woman’s character is important from the standpoint of Islam. In Islamic community and as a consequence of the subtle school of Islam, woman educates and raises religious and hard- working people in addition to recovering her subtle statue in family. In this regard, the present research aims at investigating the role of Islamic culture in developing family and woman’s character. The present research is of the practical ones. The method of the present study is surveying. Throughout history, women have proven their value with deserve. Although the life teachings of Islam has had much influence in the way of making the personality of women alive, many facts have been concealed behind ignorance and superstition and women’s society has not yet been able to benefit Islamic culture as it should. The religious approach based on Nahjul Balagha is one of the main approaches to identification of these personality indicators. The importance of this approach is due to its essential, comprehensive, and systematic manner of suggesting the personality indicators. Accordingly, faith is the most important personality indicator and is deemed as the fundamental basis of personality. This indicator then is divided into four indicators which form the bases of faith. These four indicators include patience, certainty, justness, and Jihad.   One of the neglected capacities about the concept of "legal personality" in the legal system of Iran is its application for the development of the territory of the Devotion entity. The statistical population of this research consists of customers, employees and managers of Bank Mellat. The statistical population at the quantitative stage was about 384 people. Relationships between research variables were tested using smart.pls software. The results showed that the identified categories include customer value, brand credibility, brand trust, brand marketing, customer experience, customer image, company image, organizational factors, environmental factors, brand strength, competitive advantage, brand social responsibility, brand identity, Customer loyalty, service characteristics have been effective factors. Therefore, the stories, anecdotes and allegories of Masnavi are very diverse. This diversity causes the multiplicity and diversity of characters in Masnavi; What is the basis of any story is its characters who are the cause or routine of events. In fact, the fictional world of Masnavi is full of characters that Rumi selects from different social classes and strata and consciously places them in line with his theological, mystical and philosophical thoughts, views and beliefs. Rumi cleverly considers the psycho-class traits of the characters in the world of his stories, and the fictional characters also play their role in proportion to those traits and characteristics. This article examines some of the most important social factors influencing the evolution and characterization of Rumi and the characteristics of the characters in Masnavi stories.   Through the Masnavi, Mawlana has spoken about transcendental human and his traits, such it was attracted perfectionism psychologists. With focus on human existential values and explaining standard personality characteristics and considering to ideal human, Mawlana attempts to teach the others, ways of scendancy and perfection of human. The method of this article, is a descriptive-analytical method based on library studies. The author has observed all the ethical issues during the research. The author of this article did not report a conflict of interest. In this article I want to explain Mawlana’s purposes for human life with emphasizing on his doctrine in the Masnavi first volume, and analyzing his techniques for human evolution. Mawlana besides entioning the ethical ideals, lead the human to these ideals gradually. With the wisdom of self and the awareness of the universe, Mawlana’s wish is realization of himself. He truly knows himself and his potential and he had extended his personality so his manner is an example to the other people. The solutions of perfectionism psychologists and Mawlana are practical, although they are not fixed and freeze.
