        An examination of consumer behavior when buying from chain stores has shown that a significant portion of customers' purchasing volume is impulse and unplanned, so this research seeks to identify consumer characteristics and behavior and its impact on impulse buying in chain stores in Mashhad from the perspective of ethical marketing . The present study is a survey research, a research study and a goal-oriented study, a research-developmental study. The statistical population of this study is the customers of Mashhad chain stores. The sampling method was based on cluster sampling. The standard questionnaire was used to collect the required information and the partial least squares method and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. Based on this analysis, the effective factors including individual characteristics, situational characteristics, motivational characteristics and product characteristics have been identified and the results show the effect of all the above factors on the impulse buying behavior of customers from Mashhad chain stores based on consumer characteristics and behavior are among the characteristics and individual and situational factors that have the greatest impact on the impulse buying behavior of customers from chain stores.         Work ethic is the most important factor in the success of the hotel industry. The contemporary world is evolving at an Amazing speed Organizations, as one of the most prominent characteristics of today's societies, are rapidly changing and evolving, and in the current system, improving performance is one of the main goals of any living and active organization. So it is clear that examining the variables that affect it can be a guide for managers to improve the company. In this regard, in this study, we seek to investigate the effect of digital marketing strategies On the performance of the hotel industry. In terms of type and nature, this research is a descriptive-analytical research and in terms of purpose, it is a type of applied research. In this study, the introduced model was tested using 125 specimens and using paltial least squares (PLS) method. The findings show a positive and significant effect of email marketing and network marketing, content marketing on the dimensions of hotel performance (from all 4 financial perspectives, customer, internal and ethical processes). But the impact of viral marketing on performance was not confirmed. This research clarifies for managers the fact that by investing in digital marketing strategies, they not only do no harm, but also achieve a competitive advantage by improving performance.         Nowadays, Being in line with the advancement of science and the complexity of technological processes, technological cooperation between different companies is an important and strategic feature for companies and technological cooperation between companies is an important and valuable strategy to strengthen and spread innovation. In the methanol industry, forming alliances between methanol companies has quickly become the dominant position for commercializing innovation. The study of the drivers of strategic alliances between methanol companies in Iran is one of the important and significant issues that is addressed in this article. For this purpose, the stages of alliance formation were reviewed and the factors affecting each of these stages were identified and evaluated. In this study, the views of 12 experts from methanol companies and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method were used. The primary and secondary data and information were used and based on the primary data collected through interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from library studies, the first stage questionnaire was developed. The results of the first questionnaire provided the possibility of identifying the factors that according to experts had the greatest impact on the success of methanol companies. In the next stage, based on the criteria obtained from the theoretical foundations of research and studies conducted in this field, the optimal model of the mentioned factors was presented based on their impact on the success of the alliance. The obtained model refers to the effect of market success index, sustainability, financial success and improving the competitive situation on the success or failure of strategic alliances. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting customer loyalty with a focus on brand personality (Case study: Bank Mellat Isfahan branches). The statistical population of this research consists of customers, employees and managers of Bank Mellat. The statistical population at the quantitative stage was about 384 people. Relationships between research variables were tested using smart.pls software. The results showed that the identified categories include customer value, brand credibility, brand trust, brand marketing, customer experience, customer image, company image, organizational factors, environmental factors, brand strength, competitive advantage, brand social responsibility, brand identity, Customer loyalty, service characteristics have been effective factors.
