        This paper is targeted at Shiraz university doctoral students’ understanding of research ethics using phenomenology as its research strategy. Eight students participated in this research by deep interview. Using interpretative phenomenology, as the first step, we identified seven sub-themes through an inductive analysis of the data. Then, these sub-themes were conceptualized and categorized to generate themes that could describe how students understand ethical conditions in research. The two themes generated—‘‘Rethinking about concepts,’’ and ‘‘Enlightening diversity of situations’’—delineate “situation exceptionalization” for students, as the pivotal lived experience of the participants in which their encounters with various ethical dilemmas determine their moral judgment.         In the recent years, while scientific production and the number of high educational institutes have been increased in Iran, the spreading of immoral behaviors in conducting research has been threatening all of the research-driven institutions, in particular, department for curriculum studies and educational innovations, as a part of the research institute for education. This study was conducted in order to formulate ethics in research of department for curriculum studies and educational innovations. This essay was done through a Qualitative approach by focused group discussions and face to face interviews. The collected date from focused group discussions sessions was analyzed by thematic content analysis method. The analysis led to two core categories including the researcher’s ethical personality and ethical principles of research. The former consists of humility, patience, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. The latter has nine subcategories including the benefits of research, academic integrity, observing the colleague rights, observing the rights of participants, avoid of plagiarism, publication of obtained data, writing the report in a simple way, critic’s acceptance and scientific criticism. In conclusion, the obtained date by this research is able to play a role in making moral decisions regarding research and creating a confident and respectful atmosphere among the institution users. Today, everyone has realized that societies that have relied on human resources to succeed on underground resources in the long run have considered underground resources in Third World countries to be barriers to development, despite its advantages. However, the lack of these resources in some countries has led them to become among the leading countries in the world today, using the power of thought, creativity and initiative, or in a word, entrepreneurship. Especially in the present age, which is the age of knowledge, creativity and the age of combining ideas and initiatives, it is very important to pay attention to entrepreneurship in the development and progress of countries In this research, the mixed method has been used, which includes two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part of the research, interview tools were used. The necessary information and data have been obtained in the qualitative section from experts in the field of marketing and entrepreneurship. This research was collected and then analyzed using Grand Theory method. The categories obtained from the collected data are presented. Thus, in order to provide a model for entrepreneurial marketing in the microelectronics industry, a qualitative approach with exploratory design was used.
