        The aim of current study was to compare the western psychological forgiveness model with Islamic forgiveness model. In the western psychological forgiveness model in Enright model (1991) forgiveness includes Uncovering, Decision, Work and Deepening. In the same vein, content analysis and computerized stylistics method and scrutinizing religious scripture were applied in order to compare Islamic and Western forgiveness model. Scrutinized results indicated that the Quran’s verses in regards to the continuum of forgiveness revealed that four stages of forgiveness (Afve) overlooking (Safh), covering up faults (ghofran) and empathy (Rahma) appeared in an arranged way in order to focus on the deeper process of forgiveness. In Islam, there has been a strong emphasis on mercy and forgiveness of God, and such representations stress God’s merciful nature as well as a reflection of the richness of Islamic culture.         Quran as God's authoritative source and celestial status can be very specifically efficient regarding resolving and expulsion of vices and virtues. The scrutiny of bible verses shows that Quran suggests principles and approaches for moral education of society. One of these methods is giving admonition. Consequently, what is this method according to bible verses and how and with which approaches can be led to moral education in order to being away from vices and obliquity is our aim in this presence study. This approach which some considered it as an ethical principle, with creating question and argument, edification, good sermons, advice, parable, analogy, admonition and negligence could form remaindering and negligence of individuals and their moral education. The Holy Qur'an express the principles and practices of its implementation in the form of stories and encounters of prophets with infidelity, therefore, man learns to use these tools in order to create favorable ethical traits and attempt to wipe out the deviations and perversions. Based on the research design and the method of data collection, the present study is a descriptive (non-experimental), exploratory and exploratory research. For numerous reasons, including the colonial relations between the producing countries and the colonial peoples on the one hand, and the lack of specialist forces and the necessary capital for oil production in the Third World countries, with the participation of mainly capitalists from industrialized countries. For this reason, the legal nature of these relationships has been the subject of many discussions. On the one hand, the general and economic aspects and its moral hazard for the host country and the private aspects of capitalism have added to the difficulty of the discussion. The financial and non-financial conditions of such contracts have changed dramatically in different periods of history, creating many patterns. The political and economic changes in the world, in turn, have brought about changes and changes in the context of these relations and its moral hazard. A survey of the first form of these oil relations, signed under the title "Concession Concession" of capital investors with oil-rich governments, has revealed that today's conventional contracts can outline the different aspects of morality in these contracts.         based on the analysis of the axiological foundations of Morteza Motahhari (Iranian philosopher). The present research is an educational research of fundamental-applied type and it has employed an analytic-inferential research method. The requisite information was collected using the (virtual or real) librarymethod and the tool employed to gather the information was note-taking. At first the concept of Islamic education, value and axiology was examined from ShahidMotahhari viewpoint, then the desirable school model was inferred and charcterized while adopting an analytical perspective to the axiological foundations of ShahidMotahhari. The findings of the research showed that: from the viewpoint of ShahidMotahhari the desirable school is the school where some virtues are taught including humanity, accepting the values in a climate replete with tranquility, respecting the learners, behavioral education along with the reflection upon the values, the values not being exclusively economic, formulating valuable and attractive goals, the science accompanied byaction, ethics-orientation, raising the individuals who have suffered injustice, seeker of absolute perfection, prayerful social peacemaker and the scholars who are social peacemakers, practice of nobility, accountability, enhancing the will of students, justice-orientation, administration of justice, enhancing the emotions properly, paying attention to praying programs, enhancing and nurturing the artistic aspects, creativity, lesson of nobility, humanity and morality.
