The study deals with the "educational system and methods of Islamic view and its analogy with the school of existentialism". The purpose of this research is theoretical, applied and descriptive-analytical study. In existentialism methodology, the teacher tries to persuade the student Find out personal truths through questions about the meaning of life. The task of the teacher is to provide a learning environment where students can express their mentality. Existentialists believe that the learner should not be forced to learn by deception or force, but that the learner should seek to learn by himself or herself and face an indefinable situation. In this way, the teacher has a facilitating role. And the ubiquitous pursuit of desire seeks to discover the truth. It has also been emphasized in the school of Islam. However, access to this issue is different in these schools. In general, in examining whether the educational methods of Islam and existentialism are the same direction, it can be said that these approaches to fostering rational thinking in learners are somewhat consistent, but the Islamic educational methods are The holistic view of Islam is more general. Islam, in its comprehensive view of man, has envisaged the cultivation of all aspects of human existence, while existentialism and the Western schools in general have merely regarded man as a material being. The educational basis of the Quran is based on the improvement of the behavioral and moral relations of the people of the age of decline. "Nejibit" and "fanaticism" are one of the most pre-Islamic Arabic behavioral attributes that have been reflected in various forms in the verses of the Qur'anic religion. The plot of subjects such as ignorance, violence, divorce, tribalism, multiplication and divorce on property and children shows that the Qur'an sensitively challenges all aspects of the discussion and seeks to eliminate them in various ways. The condemnation of the mistaken audience, the trauma of behavioral harm in the past and the past religions, as well as the explanation and explanation of the position of the Muslims towards other religions, forms the scientific logic of the Qur'an in educating the people of the age of decline. The characteristics of neurotic neurosis with the same indices are also observable today, although its structure has been adapted to the present day. Modern nervousness in the age of technology has kept man in riots such as racism, violence, war, murder and looting. The Quran, in its educational fundamentals, provides humans with thoughtful ways to pass through the vices and attribute virtues. Absolute acceptance of the sovereignty of the sacrament, the rejection of the rule of folklore, the obedience of the Prophet of God, the reliance on individual virtues, the negation of worldly and divine ignorance, the rejection of selfishness and cobraism, the emphasis on tolerance and the educational elements of the Quran is about the issue of the prohibition of ignorance, It is also on modern nervous system. Surah An-Nisa 'is one of the civil surahs. In this surah, marital issues and rights are discussed. One of the issues raised in this surah is the "solidity" of men over women. Verse 34 of this surah states the strength of the men of woman based on the charity and detail of the men. The issue of men's strength has been considered by commentators from the beginning until now, and each of them has had interpretations of this verse based on the prevailing culture in society. This verse, in the position of moral expression, is the subject of men's affairs over women, and the commentators have expressed the two titles of charity and detail as a factor of consistency, and have presented various views in determining the example of charity and detail. These views are full of extremism. In this study, based on the context of the verses of Surah An-Nisa 'and the verses before and after the verse of "Consistency" and other verses in the rest of the Surahs and accuracy in the meaning of charity, detail and consistency, it has been reached that consistency is close to educational and moral duties including behavior. The basis of justice is the observance of limits, the observance of the well-known principle, the denial of harm and transgression, forgiveness, etc. by men to women. It is also the "sphere of influence of men's solidarity related to family and marital issues" and does not cover other areas of women's lives, and women have full authority in other cases. Also, from the context of the verses related to marital rulings and the verses before and after verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', it can be seen that the authority of man over woman is only related to the field of marriage and woman has her own special and independent personality in other life situations. Is the only criterion of superiority of piety. Finally, it is inferred from all the moral teachings of Islam that the authority of a man over a woman is based on two principles, "infagh" which has been interpreted as paying dowry and "tafzil" which according to other verses of the Qur'an can be interpreted as provision. Islam has based the rules and rights of women on their nature, because social duties and responsibilities end with human nature. Manuscript profile

The purpose if this study was to investigate the principles and rules of Islamic educational jurisprudence in the scope of teaching and learning. Explanation and criticism of the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Win Dyer's thought based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran. The present article is a descriptive study that was carried out with the aim of explaining and criticizing the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran. In this research, the method of scientific analogy (inferential) and lens comparison or isometric analysis and comparative criticism based on Keri Walk's point of view have been used. In this research, the researcher seeks to answer these questions: What criticism is there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism from the point of view and thought of Wayne Dyer based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran? What are the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? With regard to Quranic spiritualism, what criticisms are there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? What are the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? With regard to Quranic spiritualism, what criticisms are there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? The results show that humanistic mysticisms, reflecting on the one-dimensional and one-dimensional world, which place humans in the center of attention, are considered important achievements of humanists. Of course, Islamic teachings have ordered its application in the lives of Muslims; On the other hand, in the contemporary era, spiritual therapy became one of the trends that attracted attention in the field of health and mental health. Thinkers like Wayne Dyer, having a positive attitude towards life and using a spiritual aspect of human beings, gave double importance to the category of spirituality; But since the view of "spirituality minus religion" has dominated them, they have pointed out wrong perceptions in the interpretation of spirituality and its practical effectiveness. Spirituality will be effective and stable when it is taken from its true and real purpose; Both from an empirical point of view and the Holy Qur'an has emphasized and clarified in its teachings that the role of religion and spirituality arising from it in the mental health and well-being of people cannot be ignored. Since the divine nature of man is divine and he has a divine soul, spiritual psychology will be successful if it pays attention to the frameworks necessary to strengthen the human spirit, which is the category of religion-oriented ethics. The knowledge of ethics among Muslims has faced different approaches, which has led to the emergence of different ethical and educational systems such as rational, mystical, transferable and integrated approaches. The integrated ethics approach has tried to use the privileged capacities of the philosophical, mystical and narrative school and have a combined view of the science of ethics, one of whose leaders is Ragheb Esfahani. He has created a good link between the philosophical and religious approach in his valuable book al-Dhari'a al-Makaram al-Sharia. What can be understood from the discussion in the present research is that Ragheb emphasizes rationalism and considers reason to be the leader of sensual virtues and views reason as the head of a chain of moral virtues. The characteristic of Ragheb's discussions is the combination of philosophical and moral discussions with the verses of traditions and the religion of Islam. Ragheb Esfahani's moral theory should be considered among Platonic-Aristotelian virtue theories in terms of its overall structure. Nevertheless, its moral educational views have a completely Quranic content and are so embellished with Islamic verses and traditions that its philosophical flavor is less palpable. Ragheb's important initiative in the discussion of moral and educational virtues, which was taken from the Holy Quran, was to add the virtues of success, guidance, growth, affirmation and confirmation to the philosophical moral virtues. Despite Ragheb Esfahani's original and wonderful works and despite the deep works he left behind, he remains unknown and the reason for this is the deep influence of Ghazali on Ragheb's moral issues.
