        Today, one the most important topic in management research is ethics. Several studies have conducted for examining the consumer ethical behavior. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing ethical behavior in consumers. This paper reviewed the effect of demographic, social, psychological factors and religious beliefs on consumers' ethical behavior. The target statistical population contains customers of chain stores in the Kermanshah city. A questionnaire is designed by the researchers for collecting data. In order to analyze the data, SPSS software is used for descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that demographic factors, social factors, psychological and religious beliefs influence the ethical behavior of the consumer and Socio-cultural factors that most influence the ethical behavior of consumers. The results of research can be used by Manufacturers and marketers in the field of environmental protection and encouraging consumers to take ethical consumption. Manuscript profile

        In spite of changes in juvenile justice systems, punishment has always existed in them and the governments have preserved the right to punish. The criminal justice of Iran faces several challenges with respect to juvenile delinquency due to uncertainty of legislator in adapting criminal policy to scientific and social principles, and in selecting correctional-therapeutic patterns. There is no definite and organized procedure for determining the sentence of imprisonment for juvenile offenders, and legal authorities have little flexibility in this respect. Today, punishment-based approaches toward offenders, especially juvenile offenders in England is a part of an effort to establish (not re-establish) ethical responsibility, based on which , the degree of punishment is determined. The present study investigated the freedom-depriving penalties in legal system of Iran and England. It was suggested that incarceration of juveniles should be used in serious crimes and when it is required for public protection, because it might cause undesirable effects on juveniles which can make their correction and rehabilitation period longer. In recent years, different reactive programs have been developed in England for preventing juvenile delinquency including alternatives to imprisonment which do not exist in Iran. Investigating the existing principles and reactions of legal system of England which is the result of comprehensive study made by the legislator can be a solution for Iranian legislator for making modifications in juvenile justice system.         An examination of consumer behavior when buying from chain stores has shown that a significant portion of customers' purchasing volume is impulse and unplanned, so this research seeks to identify consumer characteristics and behavior and its impact on impulse buying in chain stores in Mashhad from the perspective of ethical marketing . The present study is a survey research, a research study and a goal-oriented study, a research-developmental study. The statistical population of this study is the customers of Mashhad chain stores. The sampling method was based on cluster sampling. The standard questionnaire was used to collect the required information and the partial least squares method and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. Based on this analysis, the effective factors including individual characteristics, situational characteristics, motivational characteristics and product characteristics have been identified and the results show the effect of all the above factors on the impulse buying behavior of customers from Mashhad chain stores based on consumer characteristics and behavior are among the characteristics and individual and situational factors that have the greatest impact on the impulse buying behavior of customers from chain stores.         Nowadays, Being in line with the advancement of science and the complexity of technological processes, technological cooperation between different companies is an important and strategic feature for companies and technological cooperation between companies is an important and valuable strategy to strengthen and spread innovation. In the methanol industry, forming alliances between methanol companies has quickly become the dominant position for commercializing innovation. The study of the drivers of strategic alliances between methanol companies in Iran is one of the important and significant issues that is addressed in this article. For this purpose, the stages of alliance formation were reviewed and the factors affecting each of these stages were identified and evaluated. In this study, the views of 12 experts from methanol companies and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method were used. The primary and secondary data and information were used and based on the primary data collected through interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from library studies, the first stage questionnaire was developed. The results of the first questionnaire provided the possibility of identifying the factors that according to experts had the greatest impact on the success of methanol companies. In the next stage, based on the criteria obtained from the theoretical foundations of research and studies conducted in this field, the optimal model of the mentioned factors was presented based on their impact on the success of the alliance. The obtained model refers to the effect of market success index, sustainability, financial success and improving the competitive situation on the success or failure of strategic alliances.
