Islam has brought us an Islamic-divine perfect and comprehensive worldview based upon Quran and Hadith. It asks from human beings to have an ethical life to attain to their ultimate meaning in their relations with themselves, with God, with others and with Nature. These human beings, i.e. those who have faith and well doings, have the gospel of a proper life. In this paper we try to show the good deeds that a well doer believer should perform in relation to the Nature to reach to felicity- a real and original life- in other world. In our view there is – in contrast to this kind of view to life and Nature- another world view that is atheistic and corporeal which have made a humanistic view centered on egoistic desires and this has led to suppress the Nature- a place that is considered as an ultimate end for human life. We believe that an ethics based on Quran to keep the Nature safe would 1- cancel this kind of materialistic view and 2- with considering Quranic observations abnormal deed would disappear and 3- perfectness of Islam would be shown Manuscript profile

The semiotics about ethic words in Quran is among the latest studies in the field of Qoranic researches aiming to discover new layers of meaning from Quran words through a systematic and accurate study. in the current text، it has been attempted to analyze the ethic word ''sacrifice" to its essential elements of meaning components through a semiotic and detailed look; in addition to the etymology of this word، its intersexual relations including collocation، substituational، and stylistic relations should be considerate. It must be concluded that the meaning of “sacrifice" in Quran is not a single-layered concept، but، it has interwebbed borders. Saving the essential meaning of “choose"، this word entered the Quran’s semantic system in its developmental path and covered components such as no intermediating، choice or authority، various alternatives، desirability، and positive and negative value weights. In the process of its meaning development، this word involved meaning allocation to the extent that today، whatever is suggested by the meaning of "sacrifice" has an absolute special and general relation. The subject of “ethics in governing and ruling” has always been of interest to scholars and thinkers of all societies. Ethics in politics or ethical politics is still a controversial issue among great thinkers of political and moral philosophy. Having a short look at the theories of philosophers from different schools about the relationship between ethics and politics, and having made a comparison between Plato, Aristotle, Marx, and Machiavelli, this article tries to describe and present the viewpoint of the Qur’an and ‘Ali ibn Abi-Talib about the matter. This article shows that the principal ruling method recommended by Niccolo Machiavelli, which is practically accepted by all rulers, and that is instrumentality in statebuilding –an approach represented by the saying “the ends justify the means.” Whereas, the Prophet of Islam's son-in-law, his closest companion, and his chosen successor; ‘Ali ibn Abi-Talib, has explicitly rejected this idea, And then, we have refered to the views of Shia jurists on the topic, and rooted out the "important and more important" principle and the determinants in case of contradiction, showing that the Quran and Hadith have allowed employing forbidden means only in the exceptional case of "saving humans' life," and it cannot be generalized to all cases of two contradictory gains. he moral status of animals is an issue that has long been taken into account in the West, but there have been no grounds for its consideration among Islamic thinkers. The perspectives among non-Islamic thinkers on the moral status of animals range from the human-centric—excessiveness—perspective, which regards no creature other than man as holding moral status, to the egocentric—deficiency—perspective, which regards the entire universe as holding status and respect, and are all subject to criticism. As for Islamic thinkers, firstly, they have not addressed the issue in depth; secondly, they will reach the same perspective or at least similar ones, i.e. presence of moral status for animals, if they address the issue given the same basic beliefs that they hold based on their verses and narratives. This paper, which is of the library type, has sought to investigate the moral status of animals from the perspectives of Western and Islamic thinkers and then from that of the Quran with both revealed theological and analytical-descriptive methods. From the Quran’s perspective, presence of moral status features—rationality, purposefulness, and free will—in animals, which are the requirements of independent moral status, seems possible, and, consequently, moral status of animals appears to be believable.. The educational basis of the Quran is based on the improvement of the behavioral and moral relations of the people of the age of decline. "Nejibit" and "fanaticism" are one of the most pre-Islamic Arabic behavioral attributes that have been reflected in various forms in the verses of the Qur'anic religion. The plot of subjects such as ignorance, violence, divorce, tribalism, multiplication and divorce on property and children shows that the Qur'an sensitively challenges all aspects of the discussion and seeks to eliminate them in various ways. The condemnation of the mistaken audience, the trauma of behavioral harm in the past and the past religions, as well as the explanation and explanation of the position of the Muslims towards other religions, forms the scientific logic of the Qur'an in educating the people of the age of decline. The characteristics of neurotic neurosis with the same indices are also observable today, although its structure has been adapted to the present day. Modern nervousness in the age of technology has kept man in riots such as racism, violence, war, murder and looting. The Quran, in its educational fundamentals, provides humans with thoughtful ways to pass through the vices and attribute virtues. Absolute acceptance of the sovereignty of the sacrament, the rejection of the rule of folklore, the obedience of the Prophet of God, the reliance on individual virtues, the negation of worldly and divine ignorance, the rejection of selfishness and cobraism, the emphasis on tolerance and the educational elements of the Quran is about the issue of the prohibition of ignorance, It is also on modern nervous system. It is better to speak well than anyone else, but the word of revelation, with its moral and human scent, gives another vitality to the soul and spirit of man. Although our divine word is above the human word, its beautiful manifestation has been crystallized in the words of the great prophets and the pure Imams (as) as the special successors of the last prophet of the order of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Enjoining the good and forbidding the evil are among the certain doctrinal and moral principles among the Islamic sect, and it has its own special place among other religious sects. This common inner desire among human beings indicates the unity of human nature. Benevolence, benevolence, and moral goodness are the scents of fragrance that come from the fragrance of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, and are felt in the breath of healthy human beings. It is on this basis that a person has a desire for good things from within and avoids ugly things. The view of the holy religion of Islam on the foundation of the family and the special effort to strengthen it is due to the importance of education and excellence of the individual and consequently the family and society. Achieving transcendent and strong families is not possible except by adorning oneself with moral virtues and the participation of all family members. In this, patience and forbearance have a special place; From the perspective of the religion of Islam, faith, worship, honor and dignity of the soul, without patience, consistency and permanence, and education and propagation of religion, is not possible without it. Families are strengthened by patience and endurance, emotional needs are met, individuals are freed from social isolation and loneliness, couples are perfected, and generational survival is achieved. People raised in such families have peace of mind and stability, as a result of being responsible human beings who contribute to the social, economic, cultural and ... growth of society. Therefore, by following the instructions of the Holy Qur'an and using the manners of the Imams of the Infallibles (PBUH) in order to create the attribute of patience among the members of society, we should try to witness strong families and as a result, a moderate, honorable and peaceful society; Therefore, in the present article, which has been done in a library method and in a descriptive-analytical manner, while explaining the necessity of strengthening the family and drawing a strong family model from the perspective of this divine religion, the role of patience and endurance on the strength of the family system from the Quran and hadiths Has been studied. In the Holy Qur'an, the most basic principle in behaviour and interaction between couples is mentioned as " Consorting with them in an honourable and right manner". In other words, the Holy Qur'an mentions the criterion of association with one's spouse as the " Maruf" principle. The Qur'anic phrase , in the relations between couples has a wide meaning and many examples, which in a general division is divided into two parts, examples with a jurisprudential nature and examples with a moral nature. The present study intends to examine the functions and role of this Quartic phrase according to its moral nature in the relationship between couples. The moral instances of " Consorting with them in an honourable and right manner " are generally divided into common instances between the couple and specific instances of each. Love, patience and mutual support of couples to each other are the most important moral examples of this rule. Love is a factor that prevents the collapse of the family and the tolerance and mutual support of couples to each other is a factor to create intimacy and peace between couples, which therefore play a key role in family stability. In this regard, benevolence, counselling and caring for the wife are considered moral examples specific to the man, and obedience, humility and protection of the husband's secrets and property in his absence are specific examples for the woman under this rule. This article has an analytical and descriptive approach with the aim of examining the pattern of moral development in childhood among the teachings of Nahj al-Balaghah. Morality is the most basic and important thing that happens in individual and social life, and it undoubtedly colors and gives direction to everything in life. Imam Ali (AS) The only thing he believes in is to stand on it and be prejudiced and not deviate from it is morality. Childhood, when the child still has a pure heavenly heart. The principle of "love and respect" as a basis for communication with children, just as the principle of "model method" along with love has never been neglected. Mut'ah is a kind of legitimate marriage in Islam, which provides a good solution to prevent social problems, and its position is specified in verse 24 of Surah An-Nisa '. In order to acknowledge its legitimacy from the point of view of Shiites and Sunnis, forty commentaries on jurisprudential, legal and educational issues were selected from the commentators of the Qur'an through the library method and bibliographic review of 183 commentaries. Due to the incorrect understanding of the jurisprudential and moral nature of mut'ah (temporary marriage) in society, this institution is not used in its constructive direction. Also, our laws regarding some of its special rulings are incomplete, vague and sometimes silent, and in these rulings, there are differences of opinion in jurisprudence that long-term temporary marriage is one of these cases. ) Fought against the boycott order due to the prohibition of the government by the second caliph; Because its absolute prohibition had no religious justification. In this article, mut'ah is examined from the point of view of popular jurisprudence from the point of view of the government, and while addressing the documents related to the principle of mut'ah legitimacy, which may play a role in comparative and controversial issues, the ruling on temporary marriage is discussed in terms of abrogation or prohibition. Because the Sunnis claim the abrogation or prohibition of this type of marriage using government authority. It has also been suggested that the Islamic government should, based on its interests, according to time and place, impose restrictions and conditions to prevent the occurrence of moral problems arising from it, and at the same time, provide the ground for its rational use. Temporary marriage, if exposed to permanent marriage, also eliminates the risk of the family foundation collapsing or not forming. Despite the context of the verse and the initial legitimacy of the ruling regarding the slaves and men of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, this moral ruling was extended to other members of society; And while examining wisdom, philosophy and its status, the cases that have been recommended to be allowed; Including the position of mut'ah in war, long journeys and the preservation of chastity and mental health, and the cases in which it has been recommended not to allow it; Threats to the family system, sexual diversity, and Shiite religiosity were described. Keeping promise is one of the important ethical characteristics, and affects the improvement of all human society affairs, unlike a breach of promise that undermines the family, social, economic, and political order of societies. Thanksgiving is also one of the most important moral virtues and the characteristics of educated man. The Holy Qur'an and hadiths of the Infallibles (a) have taken a special look at the issue of keeping promise and thanksgiving and have repeatedly ordered both. But the uneducated man, not only in relation to other human beings, but also in relation to his Creator, takes the path of breach of promise and ingratitude. The Holy Qur'an has condemned the breach of promise and ingratitude of previous nations and tribes by mentioning their performance and reminded of their adverse consequences. Among those consequences are the destruction of property, the moral disease of hypocrisy, deprivation of spiritual success, world destruction, and becoming the dwellers of hell, and each of these alone can be sufficient incentive and motivation to address the subject of the present article. The result of the process of investigating the factors, cases and consequences of the breach of promise and ingratitude is to achieve the conclusion that from the perspective of the Holy Quran, the way to prevent these two unpleasant moral components is to rely on the two main axes of all moral virtues, namely patience and prayer, along with righteous deeds. By using commentaries of scholars of interpretation and Ethics books related to scientists of morality science, constantly remembering God, not being unaware of death, fear of retribution for deeds and purification of the soul can be considered in line with these two solutions.
