One of the most important components of teacher ethics is the fostering of reasoning, encouraging thinking and enhancing students' skills for achieving independence in learning. In the field of English learning, teachers also need strategies to enhance student communication skills in order to create meaningful interactions, one of which is to teach learner strategies to learners. The purpose of this quasi-experimental study was to investigate the effect of teaching cognitive and meta-cognitive strategies on the eagerness to communicate with intermediate learners. The participants of this research, including 90 students of the Diako language academy in Tehran who were selected based on the Oxford Oxford test scores, were randomly divided into two experimental and one control groups. The experimental groups received training on cognitive strategies for the first 10 weeks, and other meta-cognitive strategies training, in addition to the usual training of the institute. The training of the control group was based on a predetermined program of the institution without emphasis on language learning strategies. The amount of enthusiasm for communicating participants before and after the training was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics and variance analysis and Levine tests. Findings of the research showed that teaching cognitive and metacognitive strategies significantly increased the students' passion for communication. The results of the research also indicated that the methods of teaching cognitive and metacognitive strategies are both equally effective and not superior to each other. The results of this study can provide a platform for the development of teachers' professional ethics on the one hand and the development of communication skills of learners on the other. Surah An-Nisa 'is one of the civil surahs. In this surah, marital issues and rights are discussed. One of the issues raised in this surah is the "solidity" of men over women. Verse 34 of this surah states the strength of the men of woman based on the charity and detail of the men. The issue of men's strength has been considered by commentators from the beginning until now, and each of them has had interpretations of this verse based on the prevailing culture in society. This verse, in the position of moral expression, is the subject of men's affairs over women, and the commentators have expressed the two titles of charity and detail as a factor of consistency, and have presented various views in determining the example of charity and detail. These views are full of extremism. In this study, based on the context of the verses of Surah An-Nisa 'and the verses before and after the verse of "Consistency" and other verses in the rest of the Surahs and accuracy in the meaning of charity, detail and consistency, it has been reached that consistency is close to educational and moral duties including behavior. The basis of justice is the observance of limits, the observance of the well-known principle, the denial of harm and transgression, forgiveness, etc. by men to women. It is also the "sphere of influence of men's solidarity related to family and marital issues" and does not cover other areas of women's lives, and women have full authority in other cases. Also, from the context of the verses related to marital rulings and the verses before and after verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', it can be seen that the authority of man over woman is only related to the field of marriage and woman has her own special and independent personality in other life situations. Is the only criterion of superiority of piety. Finally, it is inferred from all the moral teachings of Islam that the authority of a man over a woman is based on two principles, "infagh" which has been interpreted as paying dowry and "tafzil" which according to other verses of the Qur'an can be interpreted as provision. Islam has based the rules and rights of women on their nature, because social duties and responsibilities end with human nature. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to design a model of excellence of green human resource management in electricity distribution companies in north of Iran. The statistical population of the study consists of two sections of experts and staff and the method of collecting information in both library and field form. DEMATEL technique was used to explain the structural relationships between the factors of green human resource management excellence model, the Dallala test was used to determine the weight of factors identified by ISO 34000 HR model, and the Analytical Hierarchy process(AHP) technique was used to evaluate factors and prioritize them. Based on the structural equation analysis, it was also found that all four systems are associated with green human resource management from the employees' point of view, and the highest relationship is related to education and the least to application. As a result, the designed research model confirms the impact of human resource management systems on green human resource management and based on the result of AHP technique from the point of view of experts, priority is given to training and improvement, keep, recruitment and application and according to Theoretical support, high agreement of experts and statistical calculations of model fit are valid and can be used as a criterion for future research in order to build a tool for related research.
